As Chair of the firm's Charitable & Nonprofit Organizations Practice Group, Elizabeth represents tax-exempt entities, centered on compliance, formation, charitable gift planning issues and best practices. She has extensive experience assisting institutions with the inception of planned giving programs, as well as, compliance issues, various corporate governance matters and maintenance of tax-exempt status.
Allison is a real estate and commercial finance lawyer. She works closely with real estate developers and landowners, as well as the owners and executives of small and mid-sized businesses with property portfolios across New England.
Rob has represented businesses, associations, government agencies, and individuals in litigation and arbitration proceedings for 25 years. He also counsels clients on antitrust, unfair competition, consumer litigation defense, and other trade regulation issues.
Mike concentrates his practice in real estate, renewable energy, commercial finance, business and administration of trusts and estates. He has extensive experience in both complex residential and commercial land development, construction, and renewable energy projects.
Chris represents clients in the manufacturing, distribution, technology and service industries in a variety of corporate and business matters, including business formations, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and licensing, debt and equity financing, commercial real estate, and franchising.
Steve provides counsel to clients in complex civil trials including antitrust and trade practices, banking and consumer finance, intellectual property, employment and health care. He has over 100 reported federal and state court decisions to his credit, including a landmark constitutional case (Salve Regina College v. Russell) which he successfully argued to the United States Supreme Court. Steve has served as lead trial counsel in some of the region’s most notable civil cases, including precedent-setting antitrust, constitutional, and consumer class action litigation.
