Our litigators are also skilled at negotiating settlements on our clients’ behalf.  Many legal disputes are resolved through mediation, and our attorneys are attuned to that reality.  We therefore routinely participate in mediations before court-appointed and private mediators, and we endeavor to obtain the best possible result for our clients when doing so.
