Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (“we” or “us” or “PS&H”) is committed to protecting your privacy online. This Privacy Policy explains how we protect personal data that we collect and use at the website we operate at www.psh.com (the “Site”).

Information we collect and how we collect it.

When you visit our Site, we may collect personal information such as your name and e-mail address that you voluntarily provide to us when you complete a contact request form or subscribe to our newsletter or other content.

In addition, the Site collects information automatically. As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including, how you arrived at our Site (including the URL you came from, if you arrived from another site), your network name, your browser type, which type of Internet browsing device you are using, the country, state, and city where your server is located, and the pages that were viewed during your visit to our Site.

We do not use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

The information we collect automatically is statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Site and deliver a better and more personalized service.

This site uses two specific Google Analytics features: Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. These features generate information about a user’s age, gender and interests from Google’s Interest-based advertising or third-party audience data to improve services on this website. This information is tracked using Google’s DoubleClick cookie.

To provide website visitors more choice on how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google has developed an Opt-out Browser add-on, which is available by visiting Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, to enable you to opt-out of Google’s programs.

How we use and disclose your information.

We use the information we collect solely for our own business activities and to improve the Site. We may use the aggregate or statistical website information for security and maintenance purposes. We also use authorized third parties to collect, process and track such information.

Children under the age of 13

The content of our Site is not targeted to or intended for, children under 13 years of age. PS&H does not market products or services to this age group, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Third party sites

Our Site may include links to other Internet sites as a convenience to Site visitors. PS&H is not responsible for personal information that you voluntarily disclose to other third parties that you reach through links or otherwise through our Site, and any such information disclosed will be governed by the privacy policies associated with those sites.

Accessing and correcting your information

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Data security

We have built our Site using industry-standard security measures and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Site home page. The date we last revised the Privacy Policy is identified at the bottom of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable e-mail address for you, and for periodically visiting our Site and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
