Morgan is an Associate in the firm’s Employment Law and Litigation Practice Groups. Morgan litigates cases in both agency and court actions across a wide variety of industries, such as the health care, marketing, staffing, food service and real estate industries. Morgan’s litigation experience ranges from defending employers in discrimination suits to handling real estate-related requests for declaratory and injunctive relief to responding to eDiscovery in complex litigation matters.
On the compliance side, Morgan provides counsel to management and human resource professionals on applicable employment laws and pending legislation. With a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience, Morgan brings a unique perspective when advising employers at all stages of the employment relationship.
While in law school, Morgan served as a corporate counsel extern for a billion-dollar industrial conglomerate and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Raffi N. Yessayan of the Massachusetts Superior Court. She also served as Managing Editor of the Roger Williams University Law Review.
