Hannah is a litigator who represents clients in intellectual property and complex commercial matters across many different industries, including the technology, life sciences, media and entertainment, and retail industries. Her advice to clients covers the full range of dispute resolution, from early pre-litigation through negotiations, litigation, and settlement. Hannah also counsels clients in administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, advises on brand protection strategy, and has experience managing trademark portfolios both within the United States and internationally.
