As Chair of the firm's Charitable & Nonprofit Organizations Practice Group, Elizabeth represents tax-exempt entities, centered on compliance, formation, charitable gift planning issues and best practices. She has extensive experience assisting institutions with the inception of planned giving programs, as well as, compliance issues, various corporate governance matters and maintenance of tax-exempt status.
Hannah is a litigator who represents clients in intellectual property and complex commercial matters across many different industries, including the technology, life sciences, media and entertainment, and retail industries. Her advice to clients covers the full range of dispute resolution, from early pre-litigation through negotiations, litigation, and settlement. Hannah also counsels clients in administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, advises on brand protection strategy, and has experience managing trademark portfolios both within the United States and internationally. In addition to Hannah’s trademark and copyright work, she also has experience advising clients in patent and trade secret disputes.
Joe concentrates his practice in general corporate matters, business transactions and financing, formation of business entities, corporate finance, stock and acquisition and sale transactions, real estate transactions and developments. He advises clients regarding shareholder agreements, insurance arrangements, general contract matters, employment relationships, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements and transition planning.
