Hannah is a litigator who represents clients in intellectual property and complex commercial matters across many different industries, including the technology, life sciences, media and entertainment, and retail industries. Her advice to clients covers the full range of dispute resolution, from early pre-litigation through negotiations, litigation, and settlement. Hannah also counsels clients in administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, advises on brand protection strategy, and has experience managing trademark portfolios both within the United States and internationally. In addition to Hannah’s trademark and copyright work, she also has experience advising clients in patent and trade secret disputes.
Hannah also represents clients in employment-related claims, breach of contract disputes, and consumer protection actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah lived and worked as a trademark and copyright associate in the San Francisco office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and as an intellectual property litigation associate at Polsinelli LLP. Hannah’s experience includes a year-long trademark secondment with Twitter, Inc.
