Howard Merten was re-elected Senior Director and appointed to the Executive Committee of The Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) at its annual meeting last month, which took place during the Annual Convention. Howard was Chair of the Convention held in Banff, Canada from July 25 – August 1, 2015. The meeting was attended by more than 750 participants. The FDCC is an organization comprised of preeminent leaders in the insurance and corporate defense bar. FDCC Membership is selective and by invitation to those who have been judged by their peers to have achieved professional distinction. Howard, a partner at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP in the Litigation Group, as well as a member of the Firm’s executive committee, has been actively involved with the FDCC for many years.
