Partridge Snow & Hahn Partners Christian R. Jenner and Paul M. Kessimian presented at the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Rhode Island Bar Association on June 1, 2023. The presentation entitled A Primer on Evidence in the Digital Age: Admitting ESI Evidence at Trial outlined the evidentiary challenges and opportunities ESI presents and identified tips and tools to help you get that important ESI into evidence at your next trial or evidentiary hearing.
Paul and Christian were joined on the panel by former colleagues the Honorable Melissa E. Darigan, Rhode Island Superior Court Judge and Christopher Lisy, who is a disputes Partner in the Boston office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.
