Cale concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts state and federal courts. He represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of disputes, including real estate, construction disputes and environmental litigation. He also has extensive experience in the fields of securities litigation, internal investigations and class action defense. Cale has been involved in employee covenant not to compete matters and the much publicized “market timing” and “stock options misdating” scandals.
Prior to joining Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, Cale was a litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP for nine years.
