Mr. Peabody advises clients with complex real estate matters, including land use, planning, zoning, environmental and municipal law issues. He regularly appears on behalf of development clients in front of state agencies and municipal boards, including environmental agencies, city and town councils, zoning and planning boards.
Mr. Peabody also focuses his practice on various corporate and business matters including entity formation and structuring, purchase and sale transactions, commercial borrowing and lending, condominium matters and leasing. He participates in the Firm’s GreenMatters™ Program, a firm initiative designed to advise the firm as well as clients on legal matters relating to sustainable practices. In 2009, Mr. Peabody received a Top Young Professionals Under Forty award from New England Business Bulletin.
Prior to joining Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, Mr. Peabody was an associate at a regional law firm. He has also worked in-house for a prominent, nationally-recognized real estate investment trust.
