Oakley’s expertise spans 500+ loan transactions, $1.5B+ in tax credit syndications, and landmark developments across multiple states. Over her career, she has represented more than 20 financial institutions in all areas of commercial finance. She has experience with major housing developments, shopping centers, hotels, condominiums and other large scale development projects, and her work has impacted development projects that revitalize historic sites, create market-rate and affordable housing projects, and transform contaminated properties into usable spaces.
