PROVIDENCE, RI, October 6, 2025 – Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH), a full-service business law and litigation firm, announces that Co-Managing Partner Paul M. Kessimian has been elected President-Elect of the Federal Bar Association’s (FBA) Rhode Island Chapter, effective October 1, 2025.
In this role, Kessimian will help guide the Chapter’s strategy and activities and support member engagement and professional development.
Kessimian is an experienced litigator who represents companies, nonprofits, and individuals in complex disputes before courts and arbitral bodies. His practice spans class actions, trade secrets, antitrust, insurance and reinsurance, ERISA, restrictive covenants, business torts, and intellectual property. He also advises clients in investigations by state Attorneys General.
