Based in the firm’s Boston office, Henricks represents individuals, companies, nonprofits, and institutions in high-stakes litigation in both state and federal courts. Her practice spans business and contract disputes, claims under the Massachusetts consumer protection statute, employment-related issues, and other sophisticated commercial conflicts.
A seasoned trial lawyer, Henricks has served as trial counsel in multiple jury and bench trials, representing clients from private individuals to Fortune 500 companies. She has achieved success at every stage of litigation, including trial, mediation, arbitration, dispositive motion practice, and appeal. Henricks has secured multimillion-dollar jury verdicts in complex commercial cases, alongside significant wins that involved intricate technical and expert testimony. Her experience also includes successfully defending employers in wage and employment disputes, as well as obtaining favorable appellate decisions in contract and institutional matters.
