PROVIDENCE, RI, April 29, 2026 – Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH), a full-service business law and litigation firm, announces that Jordan A. Walsh has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate & Business practice group.
Walsh advises privately held businesses, founders, and investors on mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of corporate matters. Her practice is focused on deal execution and practical business counsel. She represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and other strategic transactions, guiding matters from initial structuring through closing. In addition to her transactional work, Walsh serves as outside counsel to businesses across a range of industries, advising on entity formation and governance, commercial agreements, financing arrangements, and regulatory compliance.

Walsh earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.S. from Quinnipiac University. Prior to joining PSH, she practiced at a Boston-based law firm, where she focused on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business counseling for privately held companies.
