Factory Five Racing was founded in 1995. Over the years they have grown from a start-up business in a small garage to become the world's largest manufacturer of "build-it-yourself" component car kits. They employ a full-time crew of about 40 people, and are located in Wareham, Massachusetts (about an hour south of Boston). They make their products right here in the USA, in the heart of New England where American manufacturing was born.

        Partridge Snow & Hahn Welcomes Amy Oakley

        Partridge Snow & Hahn (PS&H) is pleased to welcome Amy T. M. Oakley to the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Business Law Practice group. She focuses her practice on commercial finance, commercial real estate, tax credit finance, and general corporate matters.

        Oakley has garnered significant experience in all areas of commercial finance. She has represented more than 15 financial institutions in transactions involving non-recourse and limited recourse debt, real estate, construction and asset-based financing, and bridge, mezzanine and syndicated facilities. She has experience with major housing developments, shopping centers, hotels, condominiums and other large-scale development projects in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and throughout the country.

        In the area of federal and state tax credit transactions, Oakley represents investors, developers and lenders. She is well versed in numerous tax credit initiatives and has been involved with historic, low-income housing, brownfields, film and energy efficiency credits as well as other state-specific programs including the Rhode Island Commerce incentives.

        In her real estate practice, Oakley represents developers in all aspects of property acquisitions, sales, tax stabilization, development, leasing and management. She regularly serves as local counsel for real estate development projects in Rhode Island.

        Oakley received the Providence Business News “40 Under Forty” award and is a graduate of Leadership Rhode Island. She serves on the board of Skills for Rhode Island’s Future.

        Oakley earned her J.D. from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island. She is licensed to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
