Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP announced that Richard Nadeau has become a Partner of the Firm. Mr. Nadeau has extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, developers and institutional clients with regard to legal issues arising from their commercial real estate interests in matters related to borrowing, development, planning and zoning. Mr. Nadeau acts as general and special counsel to developing and mature corporations with a special expertise in companies in the logistics field. “We are very pleased to have Rick join the Firm. Mr. Nadeau received his A.B. from Colby College and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court of Rhode Island.
