Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (PS&H) has announced the appointment of Colin A. Coleman as the Partner in Charge of the firm’s Boston office. Coleman is a Partner in the firm’s Transactional Practice Group and joined PS&H in 2016 after successfully leading a boutique corporate law firm for 20 years.

“In these challenging times, Colin’s legal and business acumen, and his ability to maximize the dynamic expertise of his colleagues, makes him the right person to take the helm of our Boston office,” said Managing Partner Howard Merten.

Coleman is considered by his clients to be a trusted business advisor on whom they rely for comprehensive yet practical advice. He serves as general counsel to a wide range of businesses in industries including professional services (consulting, law, and medicine), financial service firms, manufacturing, and middle-market service companies.

Coleman advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters and has developed particular expertise in advising partners in business “divorces” and succession planning. In addition, Coleman advises buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses.

Outside of the firm, Coleman is proud to serve as President of the Board of Directors for Neighbor Brigade, an organization of community-specific volunteer networks that mobilize to help residents facing sudden crisis. Neighbor Brigade volunteers are working tirelessly in a number of U.S. states to help those directly impacted by the coronavirus.
