PROVIDENCE, RI, August 28, 2026 – Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH), a full-service business law and litigation firm, announces that Charles “Chip” F. Rogers has joined the firm as senior counsel in the Real Estate practice group. Rogers brings decades of experience advising national, regional, and local developers, investors, and lenders on complex real estate projects throughout the United States, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in one of its core practice areas.
Rogers represents clients in all aspects of real estate development and investment, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, and dispositions. His practice includes advising developers and investors on capital formation, joint venture and development agreements, ground leases, air rights agreements, and condominium documentation. He also represents lenders in construction, permanent, and mezzanine debt, bulk asset sales and purchases, and debt restructuring matters.

In addition to his experience in private practice, Rogers previously served as managing director and general counsel of a major integrated real estate development company headquartered in Providence, where he oversaw legal matters for the company and its affiliates, including projects in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Rogers earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross. Prior to joining PSH, he was a partner at Troutman Pepper Locke.
