Jordan Walsh is an associate in PSH’s Corporate & Business practice, where she advises privately held businesses, founders, and investors on mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of corporate matters.
Jordan’s practice is focused on deal execution and practical business counsel. She represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and other strategic transactions, guiding matters from initial structuring through closing. Her experience includes stock and asset acquisitions, minority investments, recapitalizations, and intra-family and closely held business transitions. She manages diligence, negotiates transaction documents, and coordinates multi-party closings involving lenders, accountants, and other advisors to drive efficient, successful outcomes.
In addition to her transactional work, Jordan serves as outside counsel to businesses across a range of industries, advising on entity formation and governance, commercial agreements, financing arrangements, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, delivering practical, business-minded guidance informed by her prior in-house experience.
Before joining Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, Jordan was an associate at Murphy & King, P.C. and Schlossberg, LLC, where she focused on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business counseling for privately held companies. Earlier in her career, she served as in-house counsel to a multi-entity business, managing corporate and contractual matters and supporting strategic initiatives, including the sale of business operations.
