The RIBA Leadership Academy is a nine-month professional development program designed for a diverse group of early to mid-career attorneys. Each month, participants attend engaging sessions featuring:

A Real Estate and Commercial Finance lawyer, Fleet works closely with real estate developers, owners, and operators, as well as the owners and executives of small and mid-sized businesses with property portfolios across New England and beyond. Fleet handles commercial real estate projects from start-to-finish, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, contracting, and leasing. In her corporate finance practice, Fleet negotiates a range of commercial finance transactions representing both lenders and borrowers. She routinely handles asset-based lending transactions, including traditional working capital, mortgage lending, lines of credit, and equipment loan facilities, among others.
