Jennifer is Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and brings a dynamic, results-driven approach to complex commercial disputes. Based in our Boston office, she represents individuals, companies, nonprofits, and institutions in high-stakes litigation in both state and federal courts. Her practice spans business and contract disputes, claims under the Massachusetts consumer protection statute, employment-related issues, and other sophisticated commercial conflicts. A seasoned trial lawyer, Jennifer has served as trial counsel in multiple jury and bench trials, representing clients from private individuals to Fortune 500 companies. She has achieved success at every stage of litigation – trial, mediation, arbitration, dispositive motion practice, and appeal. Her representative experience includes multimillion-dollar jury verdicts in complex commercial cases; significant wins involving intricate technical and expert testimony; successful defense of employers in wage and employment disputes; and favorable appellate decisions in contract and institutional matters.

Beyond the courtroom, Jennifer is a trusted advisor to clients seeking to avoid litigation whenever possible. She regularly guides clients through pre-litigation strategy, negotiates efficient resolutions, and identifies practical paths tailored to each client’s business and objectives.
