As the firm’s Human Resources & Office Manager, David leads the execution and ongoing improvement of the firm’s people operations and administrative infrastructure. He oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle for support staff, while ensuring firm policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations are implemented consistently across all office locations.
David plays a central role in fostering a high-functioning, cohesive workplace environment, aligning operational processes with the firm’s broader goals and culture. His experience across a range of organizations enables him to work effectively with diverse teams, navigate complex personnel matters, and drive practical, people-focused solutions.
Guided by his “Here to Help” (H2H) philosophy, David is focused on building a responsive and supportive employee experience while strengthening the firm’s internal operations and long-term stability.
David holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Fox University.
