PROVIDENCE, RI, February 20, 2026 – Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH) announces that attorney Kelley J. O’Donnell has been appointed to the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce’s Executive Committee. In her role of Legal Counsel, O’Donnell will collaborate with fellow board members to further advance the Chamber’s mission to strengthen the economic climate of Rhode Island through business leadership that fosters member and community prosperity.
O’Donnell focuses her practice on commercial real estate, nonprofit and tax exemption, and corporate finance. Kelley supports the firms’ partners through research, contract drafting and review, due diligence, and nonprofit and charitable gifting compliance.
