Mitchell represents employers in a broad range of employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, wage-hour issues, and family and medical leave. He has successfully defended clients before state and federal courts, state administrative boards and arbitration tribunals. He has also counseled and trained corporate clients on various employment-related topics, including supervisory training, Fair Labor Standard Act compliance and sexual harassment.
