Cafferty has joined the firm as counsel in the Real Estate practice group. Cafferty brings decades of experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate, development, construction, finance, and governance matters.
Cafferty’s practice spans acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, zoning and land use, corporate structuring, environmental compliance, and real estate finance. He has extensive experience supporting the development, construction, financing, and leasing of industrial, suburban office, retail, and multi-family projects, including redevelopment and brownfield sites. He regularly advises owners, developers, lenders, and project stakeholders on construction-related matters, including contract negotiation, risk allocation, project planning, and dispute avoidance.

Cafferty earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.A. from the University of Virginia, and a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross. Prior to joining PSH, he practiced at large national firms, boutique commercial real estate firms, and as in-house counsel. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
