Steve provides counsel to clients in complex civil trials including antitrust and trade practices, banking and consumer finance, intellectual property, employment and health care. He has over 100 reported federal and state court decisions to his credit, including a landmark constitutional case (Salve Regina College v. Russell) which he successfully argued to the United States Supreme Court. Steve has served as lead trial counsel in some of the region’s most notable civil cases, including precedent-setting antitrust, constitutional, and consumer class action litigation.
Alicia is the Chair of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. She represents businesses and management in labor & employment litigation and compliance matters. Alicia defends employers in disputes in state and federal court, the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, federal and state wage and hour agencies, and other mediation, arbitration and administrative proceedings.
Michael provides counsel to businesses on all aspects of employment law, partnering with business clients to strategically address employment issues in order to minimize legal risk and the impact on the company’s operations.
Suzanne serves as Partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and is based in our Boston office. She represents individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigation before state, federal, and appeals courts. Suzanne advises client concerning compliance and other matters in the employment area and has significant employment litigation experience.
