Factory Five Racing was founded in 1995. Over the years they have grown from a start-up business in a small garage to become the world's largest manufacturer of "build-it-yourself" component car kits. They employ a full-time crew of about 40 people, and are located in Wareham, Massachusetts (about an hour south of Boston). They make their products right here in the USA, in the heart of New England where American manufacturing was born.

Fred and Danny Magnanimi grew up watching their father create beautiful, handcrafted jewelry in the family's Cranston, RI jewelry manufacturing business. When the boys grew up, Fred moved to New York and began working on Wall Street as an investment banker, while younger brother Danny, still enamored by the family business, stayed home. Increased competition from overseas businesses created significant challenges for the business, but Danny was confident he could find a way for the family business to evolve and thrive. This was his mission, this was his passion.

        Sarah E. Bierman
        Sarah is a corporate attorney who handles business matters related to contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and compliance and regulatory issues. Sarah supports the firm’s partners through extensive due diligence, research and contract review associated with the formation and dissolution of corporations and LLCs, buying and selling properties and businesses, financing, and leasing commercial real estate. She also manages state filings with the Secretary of State for Massachusetts. Sarah is a diligent, practical attorney who goes above and beyond to help clients achieve their business goals.

        Prior to joining PS&H, Sarah was a legal intern at a private investing platform for small businesses. Working closely with the organization’s General Counsel, Sarah supported post-merger integration, counseled internal stakeholders on compliance-related issues, and analyzed regulatory risk. Sarah’s experience also includes serving as a legal intern for the United States Attorney's Office in the Narcotics and Money Laundering Prosecution unit handling trial preparation, research and analysis related to a range of criminal cases. Before becoming a lawyer, Sarah was a member of the finance and accounting department at Wayfair where she honed her business skills analyzing financial statements and audit reports, resolving accounting matters and managing financial relationships with hundreds of vendors that are critical to the company’s success.

        Sarah is known for her focused energy and drive to help people work through difficult scenarios. During her time at Boston College Law School, she volunteered in the BC Law COVID Relief Clinic. Working closely with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, Sarah also gave generously of her time and resources facilitating and speaking at events to educate the public on the Purdue Pharma federal bankruptcy claim process. She is fiercely proud of her work assisting claimants undertaking the complex bankruptcy filing process associated with deeply personal losses in connection with Purdue and the tragic opioid crisis. A leader across many areas, Sarah served as a member of the Women’s Law Center Executive Board and was also an active member of the Eagle-to-Eagle Mentoring Program and the Business Law Society.
