PS&H Partner, John Ottaviani, co-presents “Blockchain Technology – It’s Not Just For Bitcoin Anymore” at the 2019 Cyberspace Law Institute and Winter Working Meeting, sponsored by the American Bar Association on January 25 & 26th, 2019.
The presentation explores selected real world applications of blockchain technology and smart contracts, and analyzes some of the legal issues these technologies raise for developers, vendors, and business end users. John presents with Professor Carla Reyes of the Michigan State University College of Law and the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University.
The event takes place over two days, in Gulfport, Florida, at the Stetson University College of Law.
