My practice in labor and employment involves working with Massachusetts and Rhode Island employers on state and federal employment law compliance issues, such as wage payment compliance, policy reviews, and employment agreements, and a broad range of employment litigation matters, such as employment discrimination claims and noncompete disputes claims.
I defend employers in disputes in state and federal court, the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, federal and state wage and hour agencies, and other mediation, arbitration and administrative proceedings.
