Mr. McDermott is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Group where he focuses his practice on representing clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes and environmental litigation before state and federal courts. 

 

Prior to joining Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, Mr. McDermott was an associate at the New York offices of Latham & Watkins.
