Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP has been awarded the 2010 USFN Diamond Award of Excellence. USFN, founded in 1988, is the nation’s oldest and most prestigious trade association of law firms and trustee companies who focus on creditors’ rights.   Membership in the USFN is strictly limited to only those attorneys meeting high qualifications and standards in representing national mortgage lenders in their foreclosure, bankruptcy and related creditors' rights matters.  Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP is a founding member of the USFN for Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

 

The Creditors’ Rights Practice Group of Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP represents local, regional and national creditors, banks, lending institutions, governmental service agencies, and mortgage companies regarding their creditors’ rights matters within Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  Attorneys in the Creditors’ Rights Practice Group have substantial experience representing creditors with respect to workouts, loan modifications, foreclosures, bankruptcies, receiverships, REO sales, and evictions.  The Practice Group also has extensive experience in complex mortgage servicing issues involving licensing, compliance, truth‑in‑lending, corporate structure, loan purchase and sales, and class action litigation defense.  Additionally, the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group includes attorneys who specialize in the representation of financial institutions, handling offensive actions, such as collection of deficiencies and suits against borrowers and/or guarantors, and defensive actions, such as defending temporary restraining orders and lender liability claims.
