 Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP Managing Partner, David M. Gilden, announced that David C. Morganelli has become a Partner of the Firm.  “We are very pleased to have Dave join the partnership.  He is a well-respected attorney who brings excellent skills to the partnership.”

 

Mr. Morganelli is chair of the Firm's Tax Practice Group. He advises both business and individual clients concerning federal and state tax issues and in the development of tax strategies to satisfy compliance obligations and resolve issues related to financial reporting.  Mr. Morganelli's clients include various Fortune 500 companies, national and international retailers, manufacturers, developers, and financial institutions.  He received his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, his J.D. from New England School of Law and his B. S. from Providence College. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a Certified Public Accountant.
