Mr. Kehoe’s extensive experience emphasizes his role as counsel in both complex residential and commercial land development and construction projects. He counsels and represents developers, and commercial lenders with respect to site acquisition, due diligence, zoning, planning, conservation compliance, structuring and negotiating financing, licensing and complex leasing.

Mr. Kehoe acts as legal advisor to diverse businesses. He advises clients with respect to their personal planning needs, including estate plans, estate administration and business succession planning.

Mr. Kehoe is a frequent lecturer and qualified intermediary for 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
