Mr. Adelman is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Group where his practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes before state courts and in arbitration and administrative proceedings. His experience includes environmental, energy, public utilities, land use and conservation, public safety and fire code issues. Mr. Adelman represents the interests of lenders and mortgage servicers in bankruptcy actions, foreclosure proceedings, mortgage related litigation as well as commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. He also specializes in both commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes.

Prior to joining Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, Mr. Adelman served as a Senior Policy Analyst to Rhode Island Governor Donald L. Carcieri and as a Legislative Aide to United States Senator Olympia J. Snowe of Maine.
