Mr. Adelman is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Group where his practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts.  His experience includes environmental, public utilities, land use, residential and commercial property, commercial and residential lease disputes, as well as probate matters.  Mr. Adelman also represents the interests of lenders and mortgage servicers in bankruptcy actions, foreclosure proceedings, and mortgage related litigation under federal and state laws.

 

Prior to joining Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, Mr. Adelman served as a Senior Policy Analyst to Rhode Island Governor Donald L. Carcieri and as a Legislative Aide to United States Senator Olympia J. Snowe of Maine.
