Ms. Verni’s corporate practice includes advice to clients in the procurement, maintenance, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Ms. Verni was named a "Rising Star" in the Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor practice area by Rhode Island Super Lawyers.
