Mr. Fayan is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Group. His focus is representing clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes involving insurance coverage, construction, and admiralty before state and federal courts.

Mr. Fayan honorably served in the United States Marine Corps for more than five years on active duty. He was selected for Embassy Duty with the United States Department of State and served at diplomatic facilities around the world.
