Ms. Ryan represents the interests of banks and other secured lenders before state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Specifically, Ms. Ryan concentrates her practice on defending lenders against various state and federal law claims.

 

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ryan worked at the Rhode Island Department of the Attorney General as a Special Assistant Attorney General representing the State, its agencies and employees in Rhode Island courts, and litigated general civil matters. Additionally, she served as a Rule 9 student attorney for Rhode Island Legal Services, Inc.
