Ms. Cervenka concentrates her practice on environmental and insurance law. She advises and represents clients on environmental compliance, planning, site remediation and redevelopment, and cost recovery matters. She also counsels and represents insurance companies and agents on compliance, licensing, and policy interpretation matters. She has extensive experience defending both companies and individuals against governmental enforcement actions and private party litigation.

Ms. Cervenka served as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, and the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division. Ms. Cervenka has written over a dozen articles on environmental and insurance issues for both regional and national publications.
