Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP Managing Partner, David M. Gilden, announced today that Brian P. Gallogly has joined the Firm as Of Counsel and Alexandra W. Pezzello joins us as an Associate, in the Public Finance & Governmental Practice Group.  

 Brian P. Gallogly represents and counsels corporate clients, including issuers, underwriters, non-profit institutions and private equity firms in various transactional matters, with focus on public and structured finance transactions. He received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his  B.A. from Harvard College.

 Alexandra W. Pezzello concentrates her practice on the issuance of tax-exempt financings and municipal law.  Prior to joining Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, Ms. Pezzello served as law clerk to the Honorable William P. Robinson III of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.  She received her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and her B. A. from Gettysburg College.
