The Firm

The women attorneys at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP have created the WAVE initiative: Women AdVocates for Enterprise. Its purpose is to help women advance professionally, not only within the firm, but also within the marketplace. We believe that participation in this program provides a forum to learn leadership, management and marketing skills, creates new leadership opportunities within the firm, elevates our women attorneys' profiles in the legal profession and community, and increases their success in the development of their practice areas.

PS&H WAVE strives to be an important resource and advocate for women-owned and -operated businesses. In addition to being legal and business advisors to this important segment of our market, we are active in providing leadership services to several non-profit organizations whose focus is to help women excel as business owners and leaders in the local marketplace.
