Mr. Colby is a member of the Construction, Real Estate and Litigation Groups.  He focuses his practice in the construction business representing owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors in areas including contracting, drafting and negotiations, substandard performance issues, payment disputes, bid protest claims, mechanic lien filings, insurance disputes, reservation of rights matters,  and insurance coverage issues with respect to public, commercial, and residential projects.
