Mr. Morganelli is chair of the Firm's Tax Group. He advises and represents business and individual clients concerning federal and state tax issues.  He concentrates on taxpayer advocacy, mergers and acquisitions, nonprofit taxation, business incentives and compensation and benefits. 


Mr. Morganelli's clients include financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, national, international and prominent New England based companies.
