Members of this group are also experienced in mortgage banking and consumer finance, intellectual property, commercial lending, real estate and estate planning law.

Attorneys in the Corporate Law Group provide a variety of services to our clients, including counsel on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, public offerings, private placements, disclosure documents and regulatory reporting.
