Ms. Verni concentrates her practice in representing the interests of creditors in bankruptcy, receivership and foreclosure proceedings, as well as consumer finance, licensing and regulatory compliance issues.

Ms. Toon is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Group where she focuses her practice on various business matters including business formations, buy/sell arrangements, purchase and sale transactions and commercial borrowing and lending.

Ms. Maccarone concentrates her practice representing lenders in all phases of default servicing including bankruptcy, foreclosure and evictions before state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
