Ms. Andrews is a member of the Firm’s Probate, Trust and Personal Planning Practice Group. She focuses her practice in assisting clients on a wide range of personal planning matters at all stages of the representation – from end-of-life and estate planning decision-making through document signing. Specifically, she devotes a significant portion of her practice to preparing wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and living wills. Ms. Andrews represents fiduciaries in the probate and trust estate administration process. She is also actively involved in beneficiary representation matters.

As a complement to her practice, Ms. Andrews also has experience in a broad range of related corporate issues, including the formation of business entities, succession planning and intra-family transfers of interests in corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

With extensive education and years of training from various schools including, among others, the Royal Academy of Dance, the Juilliard School and Skidmore College, Ms. Andrews is an avid fan of the performing arts. Ms. Andrews’ education in classical and contemporary ballet includes her study and performance under the Vaganova, Checetti and Royal Academy of Dance techniques. Her education in modern dance primarily includes the Paul Taylor and Martha Graham techniques. Ms. Andrews is also a former Director of the Southern New Hampshire Youth Ballet.

Ms. Andrews is currently admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and is a member of both Bar Associations. Ms. Andrews received her B.A. in economics and dance from Skidmore College, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude.
