The Group regularly represents vessel owners and operators, charterers, cargo interests, construction and dredging firms, freight forwarders, inland carriers, lenders, marina operators, marine surveyors, stevedores, and terminal operators in the areas of acquisitions and sales, affreightment, brokerage, charter parties, cargo, dredging, documentation and marine registration, energy, environmental regulation, finance and foreclosure, fisheries, management and crewing, marine construction, maritime service agreements, towage, transportation (ocean, air, and inland marine), trade-related agreements, and vessel construction. In addition to the Group’s commercial practice, we provide representation in the areas of in personam and in rem admiralty practice and arbitration.
