Ms. Ryan is a member of the Firm’s Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in representing the interests of secured lenders in defensive litigation, as well as bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ryan worked at the Rhode Island Department of the Attorney General as a Special Assistant Attorney General representing the State, its agencies and employees in Rhode Island courts, and litigated general civil matters. Additionally, she served as a Rule 9 student attorney for Rhode Island Legal Services, Inc.

Ms. Ryan is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations. She received her J.D. from New England School of Law and her B.A. from University of Rhode Island.
