Mr. Fayan is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Group. His focus is representing clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts and in arbitration and administrative proceedings. His experience includes a special emphasis on insurance law, construction law, administrative law, and admiralty.

Mr. Fayan, a Rhode Island native, served in the United States Marine Corps for more than five years earning the rank of sergeant. He was platoon Honor Man and was subsequently selected for Embassy Duty with the United States Department of State. His duty as an Embassy Marine lasted over three years and involved the protection of diplomatic personnel and facilities in Saudi Arabia, Czechoslovakia, and Trinidad and Tobago.

Mr. Fayan is admitted to practice in all Rhode Island and Massachusetts courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law where he served as the President of the Moot Court Association and was selected to be the commencement speaker by his peers. Mr. Fayan received his M.S. and B.S, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University. He is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations and presently serves on the membership subcommittee of the Rhode Island Federal Bench/Bar Committee. Additionally, he serves on the Slater Mill Board of Trustees and on the Pawtucket Arts Collaborative Board of Directors.
