December 1, 2006 - Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP Managing Partner, David M. Gilden, announced today that Deborah DiNardo has joined the Firm as a Partner of the Personal Planning Group and Laura F. Pedrick joins us as the Marketing Director. “We are pleased to welcome such highly-skilled and well-respected professionals to the Firm.”

Deborah DiNardo has joined the Firm as a Partner of the Personal Planning Group. She joins a strong and seasoned team to provide expert counsel to clients. Ms. DiNardo enhances the Firm’s Personal Planning Group with more than 20 years of experience in lifetime and post-mortem planning, including trust and estate administration, generation-skipping transfers, business succession and asset protection. She also represents fiduciaries in probate and superior court proceedings. Ms. DiNardo is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island. She is on the Board of the Planned Giving Council of Rhode Island, the Board of Governors of The Catholic Foundation of Rhode Island, the Hattie Ide Chaffee Home Board of Directors, the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island and the Gift Planning Advisory Council at The Wheeler School. Ms. DiNardo received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A. from Providence College, and is a resident of Barrington, Rhode Island.

Laura F. Pedrick has joined Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP as Marketing Director. In that capacity she will work with Firm leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to further the Firm’s client development efforts. Most recently Ms. Pedrick was Vice President of Business Development at America House Communications in Newport, Rhode Island. She currently serves as president of Touro Synagogue and is a board member of the Newport County Chamber of Commerce and the Newport Public Library. Ms Pedrick received her B.A. from University of Michigan and MBA from the Garvin School of International Management, Glendale, AZ. Ms. Pedrick resides in Newport, Rhode Island.
