Ms. DiNardo provides personal planning counsel to clients who may benefit from sophisticated planning techniques. She has extensive experience in lifetime and post-mortem planning issues, including trust and estate administration, financial planning, business succession planning and asset protection planning. Ms. DiNardo advises individual and corporate fiduciaries in the proper and prudent fulfillment of their duties including the establishment and maintenance of policies and procedures for risk management, asset management and administration, investment, diversification, conflict of interest and dispute resolution.
As an instructor for the American Bankers Association, the Chartered Life Underwriters and corporate fiduciaries, her subject matters include estate, trust, financial planning and fiduciary services.
Ms. DiNardo’s career has included estate planning and pension administration with an international life insurance company, the general practice of law and trust and estate administration with a large bank trust department.
Ms. DiNardo is admitted to practice in Rhode Island. She received her B.A. from Providence College and her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. Ms. DiNardo is a member of the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations. She is Secretary for the Board of Directors of the Planned Giving Council of Rhode Island, and former Co-chair of the Council's Leave A Legacy of Rhode Island. Ms. DiNardo is a member of the Board of Governors of The Catholic Foundation of Rhode Island, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Hattie Ide Chaffee Home, a member of the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island, and the Gift Planning Advisory Council at The Wheeler School in Providence, Rhode Island. She is a former member of the Committee for Character and Fitness for the State of Rhode Island Board of Bar Examiners, past chair of the Professional Advisory Council of The Rhode Island Foundation and former Trustee of The Wheeler School.
